28 week check up

I had my 28 week check up today. Doc wasnt too happy that i didnt get my glucose test done :( but i guess i have bigger issues then that stupid test so he wasnt too pissed lol. My uterus measures 29 weeks { it jumped from 25 weeks to 29 weeks in just under 14 days} Babys heartrate was at 147 <3 The nurses usually have trouble finding the HB, but i can seriously point out where babys HB is and i am ALWAYS right :D {momma knows best i guess}. I gained a total of 13.6 pounds so far {not bad at all if you ask me} my BP is normal {103/68}. We talked a lil more about my surgery, and they will leave my ovaries + tubes which means i will NOT hit menopause at 27 {YAY} ill have to call tricae tomorrow and get a referal for an MRI off post. Depending on what the MRI shows we will schedule my C-section either at Darnall OR at another Hospital here in TX. He said it could even be the one in San antonio, i sure as hell hope we wont have to go all the way to San antonio. If everything goes smooth i will have to stay about 2 -3 days after my C-section. BUT if things goes "not as smooth as they should" i will have to spend a few extra days in the ICU, Baby wont be able to stay with me then, and i would have to pump :( i am praying everything goes as planned.
The Girls will stay with my In Laws and i am praying they let tom stay with me until i get released.
Thats it for now i guess, lil miss Hailey is tired so ill put her down for a nap, and then take one myself :)

May 19th came and went

I was supposed to have my Baby-shower on the 19th, but the army screwed my husband over {once more} and made him work that day. Now i KNOW the Dad isnt supposed to be at a traditional Baby-shower, but my husband missed out on so much during the last 5 years that i want him to be there, so we canceled the Baby-shower !. We thought about the beginning of july for the new baby-shower date BUT baby will be born mid july so i decided to wait until the end of july and have a Welcome Home Baby Shower/party. That gives my friends the chance to meet Baby, and it makes it easier to shop for Gifts. I am excited for everyone to meet our little bundle of joy. Tomorrow i have another appointment with my OB/GYN hopefully we will set the Date for the surgery

I had my OB/GYN appointment this am, i also had an ultrasound done. Good news is, that the placenta has NOT attached itself to my Bladder. But everything else basically stayed the same. two Dr. are now certain that i have an accreta. I will have an MRI done soon but even the MRI can't give us a 100% yes or no on the accreta. My OB/GYN said that i will have to have a hysterectomy done, because if they try to remove the placenta and i in fact have an accereta { which can only be diagnosed once the placenta is sent to the Lab} i could bleed to death and/or it makes the hysterectomy much more difficult and risky for me. I am not ready for this to happen. I am not ready to lose the ability to carry any more children. Ive known about the possibility of a hysterectomy for a few weeks now, but it just now really hit me for some reason!. iam only 26 {27 by the time baby is born} i shouldnt have to face such a heartbreaking desicion at such a young age :(

i have my next OB/GYN appointment in 2 weeks. He also asked me to please get the glucouse test done before my appointment { i REALLY hoped to skip it this time lol} and in 6 weeks is my next ultrasound. i can't believe that in 10 to 11 weeks baby will be here!
